feeling stuck in your career

When people tell me they’re feeling stuck in their career, I usually ask one question. “Stuck, or comfortable?” Most of them get a little annoyed. Then, after a pause, many admit it’s the second one. I’m not saying that to be a jerk. I’m saying it because I was there for years. I called it
